The experts at Griesson - de Beukelaer attach great importance to purchasing first class fresh produce, because top quality tasting baked goods always require exceptional quality raw materials.
For the production process, first of all the valuable ingredients for the individual products are delivered: these are 60 million eggs, 60,000 tonnes of flour, 48,000 tonnes of sugar, 20,000 of cocoa products, and 4,000 tonnes of milk and butter every year. This amount corresponds the laying performance of approximately 240,000 hens, the agricultural use of around 14,500 hectares of land and the milk production from some 8,500 cows.
