Motivated employees need free scope for organising their work. With an annually updated further education programme which is tailored to in-plant requirements, Griesson – de Beukelaer offers every employee development reflecting their individual needs. In addition regular feedback discussions take place, which contribute to employees’ development and satisfaction.  
 
However, we are not only concerned with further training. We are equally involved in the health of our employees. Among other things, we received the national “healthy company” certificate from TÜV Saarland and AOK Rheinland-Pfalz in 2009. The certification was preceded by a test, in which Griesson – de Beukelaer scored 114 out of a possible 124 points. 
 
Furthermore, Griesson - de Beukelaer was awarded the AOK/BGF health prize 2007. Since 2004, we have worked in close cooperation with the Cologne-based Institut für Betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung (institute for workplace health promotion, BGF-Institut) and AOK Rheinland/Hamburg.
