In 2008 Griesson – de Beukelaer takes over Wurzener Dauerbackwaren from STOLLWERCK GmbH. Wurzener Dauerbackwaren GmbH, located around 25 km east of Leipzig in Saxony, was founded in 1847 and specialises in the production of biscuits. The company currently has 190 employees. Mainly waffles, refreshment sticks, assorted biscuits and bars are produced at this location.
