In 1997, Griesson - de Beukelaer takes a 50% share in Tekrum. Griesson - de Beukelaer has been the sole owner of Tekrum since 2005.  
 
In addition to the Tekrum brand‘s premium confectionery products, Mövenpick premium biscuits have also been produced at this location since 2006.
