Griesson - de Beukelaer Exhibits its Wares at ISM
This year, for the 41st time, Griesson - de Beukelaer (GdB) is represented at ISM (the International Confectionary Fair), the world’s largest and most important convention in the industry. This is taking place in Cologne from 30 January to 2 February 2011.
As one of the first exhibitors, GdB looks back over 41 years of ISM: the biscuit manufacturer has been represented in Cologne every year since the beginning. Conceived as a trade fair, ISM purposefully brings supply and demand together. Only trade visitors from wholesale and retail are admitted during the four days of the fair.

ISM: the Leading Trade Fair for the International Confectionary Industry
ISM is the world’s leading trade fair for the confectionary and snack-food industry. With around 1,500 suppliers from around 70 countries, ISM presents a comprehensive range of confectionary and snack-foods. The trade fair gives a virtually complete overview of the merchandise groups, chocolate, confectionary, fine pastries, snack-foods, ice cream and raw materials. The articles presented are end-products, exclusively destined for retail sale.
