Cologne/Polch, 29 February 2008 – With effect from 1 March 2008, Griesson – de Beukelaer GmbH & Co. KG (GdB), whose head office is in Polch (Rhineland-Palatinate), will take over Wurzener Dauerbackwaren GmbH, Wurzen, from STOLLWERCK GmbH, Cologne.
