New Griesson - de Beukelaer website: the company‘s website becomes barrier-free
Informative, interactive and barrier-free: the focus is on the user with Griesson - de Beukelaer‘s (GdB) new website. You can find everything to do with biscuits and baked goods at www.griesson-debeukelaer.de. With functions such as the biscuit finder and other interactive options, the website is the company’s new communication platform.
“With the updated website we are extending communication with our consumers, customers, suppliers, job candidates and journalists. Despite the wealth of information and new functions, the website is now more clearly laid out and simpler to use“, says Peter Gries, GdB’s press relations officer.
The new biscuit finder is of particular interest to consumers: whether sweet or savoury, soft or crispy, consumers can find out with a click what type of biscuit produced by GdB could be an option for them. What is more, nutritional details provide the consumer with all the important information about the products. The new website’s barrier-free design: During the design process, great importance was attached to the readability of the website. Three different font sizes make it easier to read. In addition the barrier-free design makes the website accessible to people with visual impairments. All the relevant content has been deisgned so that it can be read out by a reading device. In addition to GdB’s brands, online users are provided with lots of information on the company, the product manufacturing processes and industry news. A comprehensive press area offers journalists the latest news items and digital image material. Numerous television adverts and videos with statements made by employees complete the range of information. The company’s new website was created by the agency Netzbewegung.
