Three letters say so much more than a thousand words: KEX is the name of the new product from DeBeukelaer which is sure to delight biscuit lovers this summer. In future the new KEX brand will bring all the shortbread varieties together under one umbrella, and from July there will be a special new variety, traditional shortbread biscuits with firm chocolate chunks. The name says it all: KEX stands for uncomplicated, crunchy enjoyment – anytime, anywhere. The new KEX variety – Shortbread + Chocolate Chunks (160 grams, recommended retail price EUR 1.29) tastes wonderfully crunchy and chocolatey at the same time – a biscuit “with that something extra”.
 
Younger biscuit fans in particular will love KEX, because this new variety promises a combination of biscuit and chocolate that won’t get your fingers messy! As well as the new chocolate chunks variety, KEX is also available in the classic pure shortbread recipe and the established wholemeal variety.
