Griesson - de Beukelaer only uses hen's eggs in the production of baked goods. These are characterised by a high quality organic egg white and a high vitamin and mineral content. We only use cage-free eggs in our products.  
 
Eggs are used for the browning, loosening, crumbly consistency, taste and conservation of baked goods. And in fine baked goods, eggs and egg products are among the value enhancing ingredients which can subsequently be turned into delicious Griesson - de Beukelaer products.
