Corn and corn products play an important role in the human diet. Around a third of our daily energy requirement is accounted for by this staple food. Therefore, it is of particular importance to Griesson – de Beukelaer to process only the best corn from selected fields into golden brown biscuits, as many of the dough’s properties later on are determined by the flour. The corn that we use in our flour comes primarily from Germany and France.
