The finished dough is first turned into delicious biscuits through the baking process.

First of all, the dough is conveyed to the baking line, where it is shaped as required. It then goes into the oven, which has a precisely controlled baking temperature. This process is also constantly monitored by our employees.

Next, the biscuits are weighed: ultimately, they should have their exact ideal weight.

After baking, the biscuits move on slowly: they are gently cooled so that no cracks form in the biscuits.

Afterwards, many biscuits are filled with cream or embellished with chocolate.
