60 years of Germany’s great roll: Prinzen Rolle celebrates its birthday with a major roadshow through Germany

Varied programme for the whole family / donations for a good cause: every forward roll will raise 60 cents

Germany’s best-selling biscuit is celebrating a round-figures birthday this year – and everyone is joining in the celebrations! Under the slogan “A forward roll for Germany”, Prinzen Rolle is coming to several towns in June and July as part of a nationwide roadshow. Everyone is invited: there will be all sorts of varied activities for young and old, attractive prizes and a major donation campaign in which all the visitors to the roadshow can contribute to a good cause with a little physical effort. The event is being presented by well-known Radio presenters.

The central feature of the roadshow is the major donation campaign “A forward roll for Germany”. On the Jahnplatz everyone is invited to do one or more forward rolls on the big Prinzen mat. Prinzen Rolle will donate 60 cents for every forward roll to the organisation “RTL – Wir helfen Kindern”. Diverting entertainment will be provided by the acrobatic group Trio Satchok and a programme from an attention-grabbing breakdance duo. The prince himself will be present in the flesh and will be available for photos with his fans. People will also have a chance of winning many attractive prizes with the Prinzen Roll quiz. As well as Bielefeld, in the next few weeks the roadshow will also be taking place in other German cities, such as Oberhausen, Bremen, Potsdam, Stuttgart and Nuremberg.
