We use your personal data for purposes of the technical administration of the website, for customer management, for answering your questions as part of our consumer service, for product enquiries and surveys, and for marketing only to the extent necessary for this at any time. We only use your personal data for the purposes for which you have provided them to us.

If you have given us your consent to process your personal data, these data will also be used for the purposes stated in the corresponding consent, e.g. sending a newsletter, sending you products. You can retract your consent to this at any time with future effect.

Amongst other things, this information includes “technical data” (e.g. IP address, the operating system, browser), date and time of your visit to our website and “behavioural data” (service history, recipes and products you have viewed).

We will not make your personal data available to any other company wishing to use them for direct marketing activities unless you have given us your permission to do so. Furthermore we will provide your personal data to the other bodies below to a greatly limited extent:

Your personal data can be transmitted to other countries if one of our service providers has its registered office abroad. In this case a so-called “contract data processing agreement” is concluded with the service provider to ensure that the same degree of data protection and data security exists as prevails in Germany.
