31 gold medals, 14 silver medals and two bronze medals for Griesson - de Beukelaer products: That is the outstanding result of this year's International Quality Inspection conducted by the German Agricultural Society (DLG). The "prize for long-term product quality" is special proof of the consistently high quality of GdB products and the use of high-quality raw materials and has been awarded to the company for an incredible 28th time in succession.
Whether it is the Griesson-branded Chocolate Mountain Cookies, the De-Beukelaer GlücksKEX or the Griesson Soft Cake Orange – the products from the Polch-based manufacturer of sweet and savoury confectioneries and pastries once again convinced with top ratings in the sensory product analysis, packaging and labelling checks as well as in laboratory tests. In the 'Fine bakery products" category among the biscuits awarded the gold award there was Prinzen Rolle, Germany's most popular biscuit and De Beukelaer original for over 60 years, in the varieties cocoa, wholegrain and Choco Duo. "Following our long-standing tradition in the bakery trade we feel bound to a philosophy of outstanding quality that guarantees that our products are of the highest standard. Naturally, we are therefore very pleased about the awards," said GdB press spokesman Peter Gries.
The DLG Food Test Center is the international leader in the quality evaluation of foods because of its professional and methodical competence. "DLG award-winning foods are premium products and convince with their outstanding quality and a high enjoyment factor. All foods are tested by experts during independent tests developed in line with up-to-date and scientifically-proven test methods,"

Only when the high analysis criteria set out by our trained and certified professionals are met to their full satisfaction can the ‘DLG award-winner’ medal in gold, silver or bronze be awarded. Against this background, the 47 DLG medals awarded to GdB represent a first-class quality certificate.
